Woodbridge, Va. — Stronghold Federal, a Mentor-Protégé Joint Venture between National Consulting Partners (NCP) and Abt Global, has been awarded a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), enabling federal agencies to procure services spanning IT modernization, systems and application development, data and analytics, systems integration, and other technology needs.
