Our 2026 Mission Impact Report
Letter from Our CEO
Every day, I see the pace of change accelerating. Our clients’ challenges are more complex, timelines are tighter, and decisions need to be made faster. At Abt, we are meeting this moment with urgency, focus, and a shared commitment to delivering work that matters—finding better ways to work together, solve problems, and help our clients move forward.
In moments like this, our mission gives us focus. What has not changed is why we do this work: to improve lives, strengthen communities, and create real change for the people our clients serve every day. Across our portfolio, we combine deep expertise, trusted evidence, and digital solutions to help clients tackle problems and make progress that matters.
That combination is what sets Abt apart. Our teams understand the systems, policies, and communities where change happens. We generate insights that support better decisions. And we use technology to turn knowledge into action, quickly and effectively. Together, these strengths help us deliver practical solutions with lasting impact.
This year’s Mission Impact Report reflects how we bring the best of Abt to our work. Throughout this report, you will see what that approach looks like in action. This year, we elevated the perspectives of rural health centers in conversations about the future of American health care. We built systems that help American farmers and applied AI to help clients manage complex data. We generated evidence to strengthen care for children and families, as well as military families. We helped protect drinking water, strengthen local water security, control the spread of malaria, and reduce risks from toxic substances. Around the world, our efforts share a common thread: helping clients act with clarity, speed, and purpose.
We invest in our people, look for smarter ways to work, and make it easier for teams across Abt to learn from one another. When our people are supported, connected, and equipped to do their best work, our impact grows. Those efforts help us respond quickly, collaborate more effectively, and make the most of the expertise across our organization.
The world’s challenges will keep evolving. So will we. We will keep learning, innovating, and finding new ways to deliver results. And we will stay focused on what matters most: helping our clients turn ideas into action, and action into impact.
That commitment has guided Abt for decades. It remains at the heart of who we are today.
All the best,
