Dr. Sandra Jo Wilson is a social science researcher with more than 25 years of experience designing and conducting rigorous research, systematic reviews, and meta-analyses across education, workforce development, and human services. 

Sean McClellan, Ph.D. is a mixed-methods researcher with over a decade of experience in full cycle health services research. He has experience managing research projects, developing analytic designs, cleaning and analyzing administrative data, fielding rigorous surveys, conducting qualitative interviews, and communicating findings in plain language.

Andrew Alderdice is an experienced health and human services leader with more than 35 years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. He is currently Abt Global’s Country Manager for Papua New Guinea (PNG).

Hanna Kovalova is a program manager with 15 years of experience managing humanitarian aid and development programs in Ukraine, with a recent focus on the eastern part of the country ravaged by the war with Russia. She has worked with international organizations, including the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the United Nations, as well as social enterprises. Kovalova’s work with vulnerable populations has centered around gender equality, non-discrimination, conflict sensitivity, and social inclusion. She has extensive experience with monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning approaches; program management; and communication strategies in public health, mental health, and community stabilisation.

Nicole Keane, MSN, RN, CPHQ has an extensive clinical and research background in healthcare quality improvement, measure development, team-building and formative evaluation in post-acute and primary care settings. Her focus is providing technical assistance to healthcare systems and clinicians to drive quality improvement through learning and implementing the skills of measure development, implementation, benchmarking, analysis, and report writing.

Brad Smolek is a federal health and defense leader with deep experience in digital modernization and clinical and operational performance improvement.

Matthew Eby has over 20 years of leadership experience in supporting life science research and consulting for military, federal public health, and international agencies. His diverse career spans basic and applied research on environmental bioremediation, designing nanomaterials to combat antimicrobial resistance, and protecting our nation against bioterrorism. He also led federal and international agencies in modernizing public health systems and pandemic response efforts. Clients have included the Air Force, Navy, Army, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, and United Arab Emirates. He  has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications with 1000+ citations. He also is an active supporter of local community initiatives that tackle affordable housing, food insecurity, and systemic poverty.
