Earlier in his career, O’Reilly spent more than 12 years in progressively more responsible roles at Private Healthcare Systems, Inc. He began as manager of accounting and was vice president and controller before the company was sold. O’Reilly also serves as the chairman of the advisory board at St. Francis Xavier School.
