Kristin Heck, JD, MBA, has more than 10 years of experience managing and directing technical teams in the development of digital solutions. Ms. Heck designs and oversees the creation and implementation of technology solutions that align to agency and administration goals. In addition, she often works closely with program leadership to set key solution objectives, manage the development and product roadmap, analyze customer feedback, and prioritize feature development.

Graham Teskey leads Abt Global’s Global Governance practice out of Canberra, Australia. He has 40 years of experience in governance and international development. He has worked with (and for) for the U.K.’s Department for International Development, (the forerunner to the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office), the World Bank, and Australia’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Graham has lived and worked in multiple countries, including Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi, Fiji, Vanuatu, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Philippines, and Timor-Leste.

Leonard M. Hicks, whose 20+ years of experience in business operations and financial management includes leading large-scale growth and transformation for Lockheed Martin and the Mission Essential Group, is Abt Global’s chief financial officer and a member of the executive management team. He is a proven entrepreneur who brings best-in-class leadership and collaborative approaches to problem solving.

Eduardo Castellon has two decades of experience helping public sector clients—from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development—grow and refine their operations and impact. He has extensive experience delivering consulting expertise focused on artificial intelligence (AI), supply chain, procurement, financial management, and advanced analytics. His technological, consultative, and entrepreneurial skills help clients find new ways to address challenges ranging from affordable housing to homelessness to guaranteed income. He also has extensive expertise in technical assistance and implementation (TA&I) approaches. And his management experience includes developing high-performing teams through skills and career development and succession planning.

Baris Yener has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, growth strategy development, and organizational transformation. His business-development and project work has involved a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other private sector and federal agencies.As Chief Client Officer at Abt, Yener leads client strategy and growth to ensure the voice of the customer drives investment decisions, capability development, and market execution. 

Ally Lynch has nine years of experience managing international development and humanitarian projects in the Asia Pacific region. She has led programming across a range of impact areas, including nature-based solutions for climate, food security, livelihoods, climate resilience, and disaster risk reduction.

James Gilling, regional vice president, East Asia and Pacific, has almost 40 years of experience in social and economic development in low- and middle-income countries. He has overseen Australian aid programs worth hundreds of millions of dollars and managed large teams of Australian and overseas staff, including as head of the Australian aid program in Indonesia. James has worked for United Kingdom (UK) and Papua New Guinea governments as an agricultural economist. He has also worked as a consultant economist with Oxford Policy Management in the UK and was an economic analyst with the Office of National Assessments in Australia.

Harold Poston has more than 25 years of experience in federal IT, with deep subject matter expertise across Health IT modernization, Defense Health Agency programs, and Army enterprise IT transformation. Poston leads Abt’s growth strategy for Military Health and VA, connecting federal clients to Abt’s capabilities in digital transformation, data services, and program modernization.
