Ernest Fletcher is an international development professional with 15 years’ experience in the planning, implementation, and management of education and public health programs. He has a special interest in program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. He has worked in Ghana and Mozambique and provided remote vector control program implementation support to countries including Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone. He has worked closely with Ministry of Education (Ghana) and Ministry of Health staff in several countries.

His diverse career spans basic and applied research on environmental bioremediation, designing nanomaterials to combat antimicrobial resistance, and protecting our nation against bioterrorism. He also led federal and international agencies in modernizing public health systems and pandemic response efforts. Clients have included the Air Force, Navy, Army, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, and United Arab Emirates. He  has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications with 1000+ citations. He also is an active supporter of local community initiatives that tackle affordable housing, food insecurity, and systemic poverty.

Laura Blake has more than 20 years of experience in leading scientific programs and research in the environmental science and policy domain. She has deep expertise in surface water quality restoration and protection and has spent her career designing and implementing scientific studies to support efforts to protect human health and aquatic environments. She has significant knowledge of Clean Water Act rules and regulations and has extensive experience supporting federal and state regulatory programs with implementation of and compliance with the federal Clean Water Act.

Sarah Gibson is a project-management specialist with 23 years of experience in public policy research. She has more than 20 years of experience managing complex projects, implementing random assignment studies and researching and analyzing policy for clients such as the Social Security Administration and the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She is proficient in project management, including resource management, budgeting and quality control.

Dr. Jonathan Dorn has more than 20 years of experience in the environment and energy space. He specializesin air pollutant emissions inventory development, air quality, data visualization, regulatory program support, energy systems, and air pollutant mitigation strategies.

Philippa Venning has more than 25 years of experience working in international development across the Asia Pacific for government, the private sector, multilateral organisations and NGOs.

Dan Basoli is an economist and project manager with more than 20 years of federal regulatory experience. Basoli had led cost-benefit, economic impact, and regulatory analyses for clients such as Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Labor (DOL), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Energy (DOE), and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).
