Eric Reading leads major initiatives at the enterprise level for Abt Global, particularly in areas of strategic priority including digital transformation. He previously led Abt Global’s International Development Division, the largest division of the firm.

Kevin O’Reilly is Abt’s principal accounting officer and a member of both the Pension and 401(k) Advisory Committees. He oversees financial reporting, global tax compliance, government accounting compliance, retirement services, billing, general accounting, payroll and accounts payable. O’Reilly joined Abt Global from Ropes & Gray, LLP, an $800-million law firm, where he was director of finance. Earlier in his career, O’Reilly spent more than 12 years in progressively more responsible roles at Private Healthcare Systems, Inc. He began as manager of accounting and was vice president and controller before the company was sold. O’Reilly also serves as the chairman of the advisory board at St. Francis Xavier School.

In his career as a senior finance and operations executive, Rehberger most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Engility, a Virginia-based government contractor.  He held similar positions with TASC from 2010 until its merger with Engility in 2015.  Rehberger helped guide both companies as the government industry cycled through a severe downturn and recovery, counseling the Board of Directors regarding strategy, enterprise risk management, cyber security, and compensation.  He previously held executive positions with telecommunications firms XO Communications and MCI. In 2017, Virginia Business awarded Rehberger the Virginia CFO of the Year award for his outstanding commitment to financial stewardship and dedication to the success of Engility.

Michael R. Anderson is Chief Executive Officer of MedAccess, a not-for-profit social-finance company based in London. He has expertise in global development, health, nutrition, and climate issues. Anderson has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in Africa, the Middle East, and India. He held multiple roles within the U.K.’s Department for International Development (DFID) from 2003 to 2013, the final one being Director General . He subsequently became the first salaried CEO of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, one of the largest philanthropies in Europe. 

Baris Yener has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, growth strategy development, and organizational transformation. His business-development and project work has involved a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other private sector and federal agencies.As Chief Client Officer at Abt, Yener leads client strategy and growth to ensure the voice of the customer drives investment decisions, capability development, and market execution. 

TJ Shumard is a senior business development executive with two decades of experience advancing priorities for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and state Medicaid priorities. He specializes in pipeline development, capture strategy, and digital modernization across Medicare and Medicaid. Shumard brings deep knowledge of federal procurement, CMS data platforms, and program oversight, with a strong record of shaping complex federal opportunities.

Jake Zebell is a technology leader with more than 20 years of experience in federal modernization, enterprise architecture, applied AI, and secure system delivery.

ZeAmma Brathwaite has over 20 years of experience partnering with private organizations and federal agencies to improve access to care and health outcomes for individuals and communities. A certified project management professional, Brathwaite has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex, large-scale transformation efforts using improvement science methods and tools to accelerate change.

Eduardo Castellon has two decades of experience helping public sector clients—from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development—grow and refine their operations and impact. He has extensive experience delivering consulting expertise focused on artificial intelligence (AI), supply chain, procurement, financial management, and advanced analytics. His technological, consultative, and entrepreneurial skills help clients find new ways to address challenges ranging from affordable housing to homelessness to guaranteed income. He also has extensive expertise in technical assistance and implementation (TA&I) approaches. And his management experience includes developing high-performing teams through skills and career development and succession planning.
