ZeAmma Brathwaite has over 20 years of experience partnering with private organizations and federal agencies to improve access to care and health outcomes for individuals and communities. A certified project management professional, Brathwaite has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams in the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex, large-scale transformation efforts using improvement science methods and tools to accelerate change.

Mariandrea Chamorro has 20 years of experience managing international development programs. She has provided oversight for the high-quality and compliant execution of large flagship USAID programs while contributing to business development. Chamorro’s areas of expertise include prevention of vector-borne diseases, infectious diseases, maternal and child health, and health systems strengthening. Her clients have included the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and the UK’s Foreign Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). 

Eric Reading leads major initiatives at the enterprise level for Abt Global, particularly in areas of strategic priority including digital transformation. He previously led Abt Global’s International Development Division, the largest division of the firm.

Kelly Wagner has over 25 years of experience designing and delivering technical assistance, training, and capacity building. A skilled public health professional trained in epidemiology, she has developed and led more than 10 national TA programs for federal awardees from various agencies including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and offices within the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Assistant Secretary for Health (OASH). Wagner has worked with community-based organizations, health centers, academic institutions, and state/local health agencies, reaching target audiences with unique and diverse public health needs across the lifespan. 

In his career as a senior finance and operations executive, Rehberger most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Engility, a Virginia-based government contractor.  He held similar positions with TASC from 2010 until its merger with Engility in 2015.  Rehberger helped guide both companies as the government industry cycled through a severe downturn and recovery, counseling the Board of Directors regarding strategy, enterprise risk management, cyber security, and compensation.  He previously held executive positions with telecommunications firms XO Communications and MCI. In 2017, Virginia Business awarded Rehberger the Virginia CFO of the Year award for his outstanding commitment to financial stewardship and dedication to the success of Engility.

Michael R. Anderson is Chief Executive Officer of MedAccess, a not-for-profit social-finance company based in London. He has expertise in global development, health, nutrition, and climate issues. Anderson has worked in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors in Africa, the Middle East, and India. He held multiple roles within the U.K.’s Department for International Development (DFID) from 2003 to 2013, the final one being Director General . He subsequently became the first salaried CEO of the Children’s Investment Fund Foundation, one of the largest philanthropies in Europe. 

Gerald Adolph is an expert in growth strategy, acquisition strategy and merger integration planning for corporate and mission driven organizations. He led the Global Mergers & Restructuring Practice and was elected senior partner over a 35-year career with Booz Allen Hamilton and its successor strategy companies.Adolph was one of the lead practitioners and developers of Booz's very successful capabilities-driven approach to strategy.  During his consulting career he has primarily focused on assisting clients with growth strategies, new business development, innovation strategy and business redefinition. He often works with companies/entities undergoing very significant industry disruption.

Debra Kemp Fleischer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 25 years of experience supporting federal programs. She applies her background in environmental science and policy with communications expertise to inform and engage stakeholders about regulatory and voluntary programs. She has led the development and implementation of multi-media communications strategies for a variety of audiences, including non-profit organizations, industry, environmental groups, and federal staff. She has experience with plain language writing, message development, and risk communication. 

Baris Yener has more than 25 years of experience in executive leadership, growth strategy development, and organizational transformation. His business-development and project work has involved a wide range of clients, including the World Bank, Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and other private sector and federal agencies.As Chief Client Officer at Abt, Yener leads client strategy and growth to ensure the voice of the customer drives investment decisions, capability development, and market execution.
