Meghan Lynch, Sc.D., is an accomplished manager of cross-disciplinary teams, with 20 years of experience specializing in toxicology and human health risk assessment. She is skilled at interpreting, evaluating, and communicating toxicological and epidemiological information for hazardous substances. She has managed a variety of projects for ATSDR, OSHA, EPA, and nonprofit agencies. These include leading tasks requiring the synthesis of toxicological information and risk assessments, and performing both probabilistic and benchmark dose modeling. The results of these projects have been subject to peer review. Lynch has also provided memorandums and analyses supporting risk assessments and addressing industry comments, which have been used to support plaintiffs in litigation for chemical contaminants.

Francesca Lawe-Davies is a senior development specialist with more than 18 years of experience in government, non-government, private sector, and multilateral development organisations. David Cooley is an environmental scientist with more than 15 years of experience working in climate change and environmental management. His work has focused on the interactions between climate change mitigation, air pollution reductions, and improvements in public health. He has managed multiple projects for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), U.S. Agency for International Development, and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) to evaluate opportunities to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) and air pollutant emissions.

Radha Roy is a mixed-methods researcher and senior evaluation leader with over 16 years of experience designing and directing large-scale federal evaluations of workforce development, income support, and education programs.

Gerald Adolph is an expert in growth strategy, acquisition strategy and merger integration planning for corporate and mission driven organizations. He led the Global Mergers & Restructuring Practice and was elected senior partner over a 35-year career with Booz Allen Hamilton and its successor strategy companies.Adolph was one of the lead practitioners and developers of Booz's very successful capabilities-driven approach to strategy.  During his consulting career he has primarily focused on assisting clients with growth strategies, new business development, innovation strategy and business redefinition. He often works with companies/entities undergoing very significant industry disruption.

Eric Reading leads major initiatives at the enterprise level for Abt Global, particularly in areas of strategic priority including digital transformation. He previously led Abt Global’s International Development Division, the largest division of the firm.

Manoj P. Singh is the former chief operating officer and global managing director at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ltd.  Prior to his mandatory retirement in June 2015, Singh’s responsibilities included leading various Deloitte initiatives, including setting global strategy, directing investments globally, leading areas such as finance, global technology, knowledge management, branding, and guiding country leadership in high-growth markets such as China, India, Africa, Southeast Asia, Mexico and Germany.
