Eric Reading leads major initiatives at the enterprise level for Abt Global, particularly in areas of strategic priority including digital transformation. He previously led Abt Global’s International Development Division, the largest division of the firm.

Dr. Reerink has more than 25 years of experience in promoting gender equality and social inclusion in international development, with a strong focus on the Asia-Pacific region.

Rodrigue Fiacre Ahoumènou Agossa is a public health entomologist with more than 12 years of experience in control and elimination of infectious diseases, particularly malaria control programs. His expertise includes project management; research; vector control tools development and evaluation; case management; and health system strengthening. He also has worked on development, consolidation, and popularization of norms, policies, and guidelines for the fight against malaria and neglected tropical diseases. He has collaborated with the Global Fund, World Health Organization, Against Malaria Foundation, and Ministry of Health.

Dr. Ndombour Gning Cisse is a biologist and scientist with 16 years of experience in public health and environmental health management, particularly in malaria vector control in Africa. She has experience in all aspects of insecticide spraying operations, including planning, training, supervision, human resources talent management, leadership development, strategic planning, project implementation, and capacity development assignments in four countries.

Chanry Im has more than 10 years of experience directing monitoring and evaluation and technical assistance for national health programs in Cambodia, working with government stakeholders from the peripheral, sub-national, and national levels. Trained as an epidemiologist, he also has experience in health management information systems (HMIS). His technical support to the Cambodian national tuberculosis (TB) program transformed the management of TB patient’s health data from a paper-based to web-based system for real-time data collection. His current focus includes working with the National Center for Parasitology, Entomology, and Malaria Control, the University of Puthisastra, and the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI).

Ernest Fletcher is an international development professional with 15 years’ experience in the planning, implementation, and management of education and public health programs. He has a special interest in program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. He has worked in Ghana and Mozambique and provided remote vector control program implementation support to countries including Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone. He has worked closely with Ministry of Education (Ghana) and Ministry of Health staff in several countries.

Sunnie McClain is a senior technology and transformation executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large scale digital modernization across federal, defense, health, and commercial sectors.

Marianne El-Khoury is a seasoned health professional with a proven track record of leading and managing large-scale health programs. At Abt, she has held senior management and technical roles on USG-funded projects in health systems strengthening, infectious diseases, and private sector health. She has also led research and evaluation studies in family planning and reproductive health, maternal and child health, and health financing.

Andrew Alderdice is an experienced health and human services leader with more than 35 years’ experience across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. He is currently Abt Global’s Country Manager for Papua New Guinea (PNG).
