Andrew Alderdice has more than 35 years of experience working in the health and human services sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific and is currently leading Abt Global’s domestic programs and consultancy practice in Australia.Andrew has worked in a variety of roles, including as a consultant, executive manager and clinician. He has more than 25 years of experience in executive-level positions, including nearly nine years as director of a private management consulting business in Australia. He served as director of the Australian Government-funded health and HIV program in Papua New Guinea. Andrew has been the director of strategy for a regional health service, chief executive officer of a health and aged-care complex and director of a regional community health service.

Andrew Keck is a global development executive with more than 30 years of experience designing and delivering complex programs in Africa, the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia. He has in-depth experience in agriculture market systems development, climate change adaptation, forestry and natural resources management, biodiversity conservation, and water and sanitation.  Keck has lived for 13 years in Madagascar and Senegal, leading large and complex projects focused on conservation and forestry and agricultural value chains and economic growth, respectively.

Bradford Lucas is an expert in international health and social marketing with more than 20 years of experience leading complex global health projects and managing large teams. His program experience includes malaria and child health, reproductive health, and HIV/AIDS, and he has worked in numerous countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America. Throughout his career, Lucas has been recognized for his thought leadership and initiative in piloting, scaling up, and replicating new products, services, and approaches; improving processes; and disseminating best practices.

Chris Grier, Vice President, Legal and Risk, leads the legal, governance, privacy, insurance, contracts, innovative finance, risk, compliance, and audit functions supporting corporate and program operations of Abt Australia and Abt Britain across more than 30 countries. He is also the Company Secretary of Abt Australia and Abt Britain.

Clare Woolsey manages human resources (HR) strategic planning and leadership for the Abt Australia Asia Pacific business. She oversees talent acquisition and internal mobility, talent and performance management, professional development and succession planning, and key strategic initiatives.

Matthew Eby has over 20 years of leadership experience in supporting life science research and consulting for military, federal public health, and international agencies. His diverse career spans basic and applied research on environmental bioremediation, designing nanomaterials to combat antimicrobial resistance, and protecting our nation against bioterrorism. He also led federal and international agencies in modernizing public health systems and pandemic response efforts. Clients have included the Air Force, Navy, Army, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Food and Drug Administration, National Institutes of Health, and United Arab Emirates. He  has authored more than 20 peer-reviewed publications with 1000+ citations. He also is an active supporter of local community initiatives that tackle affordable housing, food insecurity, and systemic poverty.

Diane Paulsell is an applied social scientist with more than 20 years of experience designing, conducting, and overseeing mixed-methods policy-focused research, including national multi-site studies. She has also led rapid cycle learning and program improvement efforts with a variety of human services programs and a foundation-funded research program to advance equitable access to family supportive services. Her areas of expertise range from early care and education to parenting, family engagement, youth development and family supportive policies and programs, including nutrition.

Eduardo Castellon has two decades of experience helping public sector clients—from the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to the Department of Housing and Urban Development—grow and refine their operations and impact. He has extensive experience delivering consulting expertise focused on artificial intelligence (AI), supply chain, procurement, financial management, and advanced analytics. His technological, consultative, and entrepreneurial skills help clients find new ways to address challenges ranging from affordable housing to homelessness to guaranteed income. He also has extensive expertise in technical assistance and implementation (TA&I) approaches. And his management experience includes developing high-performing teams through skills and career development and succession planning.
