Rosemary Dent is an international development professional with experience across gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), business growth and proposal writing, partnerships and strategy. She has a background in community engagement and facilitation on topics such as consent and healthy relationships, women’s leadership, and the intersection of climate and gender.
She brings demonstrated skills in proposal writing and management, research and analysis, stakeholder engagement and partnership development. She has worked across not-for-profit organisations, civil society organisations and the private sector.
As part of the Abt’s in-house technical team, Rosie supports her colleagues to integrate GEDSI into a range of development programs across the Indo-Pacific. She also contributes technical analysis to the business growth process, embedding equity considerations at all stages of the program cycle.
Rosemary holds a Master of International Relations and Master of International Law from the University of Queensland, where she focused on Indo-Pacific relations, gender policy and human rights law.
