Vasquez specializes in alternative payment model design, implementation, and technical assistance. She has guided federal clients, payers, providers, and health systems through complex payment and care delivery programs. Her work spans program design, delivery, and performance support.
As client account manager at Abt, Vasquez supports growth and delivery across federal healthcare work, including Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Drawing on deep value-based care program design, implementation, and technical assistance experience, she helps teams understand client priorities, assess policy needs, and design practical delivery approaches and solutions.

She also helped launch federal alternative payment models and supported programs that improved access, efficiency, and quality across inpatient and outpatient settings. Earlier, as a primary care practice manager, she managed daily operations while guiding workflow redesign projects.
