Jodi Anthony, ScD

Client Account Manager, U.S. Healthcare

Bio

Jodi Anthony, ScD, a social epidemiologist with more than 25 years of experience, brings deep expertise in maternal and child health, behavioral health, and primary care. She has led and advised on large-scale federal evaluations and continues to serve in senior quality and advisory roles across complex, multi-site initiatives. Her work integrates mixed-methods research and implementation science to generate actionable insights for policymakers and practitioners.

As a Client Account Manager at Abt Global, she leads a federal healthcare portfolio spanning the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), and Abt’s rural health transformation efforts. In this role, she oversees strategy, growth, and delivery across a diverse set of evaluation, technical assistance, digital, and systems change initiatives, managing multidisciplinary teams and advancing high-impact work with federal and state partners.

Anthony is also a trusted advisor to federal agencies navigating organizational and systems transformation. She directs technical assistance and strategic planning efforts that support agencies, health systems, and community partners in strengthening performance, advancing quality improvement, and implementing new models of care. Her work frequently involves facilitating cross-sector collaboration, building learning systems, and guiding change management efforts at scale.

A highly skilled facilitator, Anthony has led hundreds of stakeholder engagements—from national strategic planning processes to community listening sessions—using participatory approaches to surface insights, build alignment, and drive sustainable change. Earlier in her career, she directed statewide maternal and child health programs in Massachusetts and led international health strategy work in partnership with governments and multilateral organizations.
