Ramakrishnan Ganesan is an expert in health markets with more than 20 years of experience working in market development across Asia and Africa, including managing projects in fragile and conflict states. Ganesan has worked with health ministry officials to strengthen private sector participation in reproductive health, HIV, and maternal, newborn, and child health on projects for USAID and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. He has strengthened the capacity of local social marketing organizations to enhance their impact and sustainability, facilitated introduction and scaling-up of commercial pharmaceutical businesses in low- and middle-income countries, supported social enterprises to launch health products and services, and conducted assessments to understand barriers and opportunities for greater private- sector engagement.

Dr. Isabel Ana Nhatave has over 20 years of experience implementing STI/HIV/AIDS; maternal, newborn, and child health; and cervical cancer programs with a focus on health system strengthening. Dr. Nhatave has worked with national, provincial, and district-level governments and with local health facilities to build health system capacity, including health service management, human resources for health, supply chain management, and quality improvement processes. She has successfully advocated for the establishment of technical working groups and quality improvement and management committees and directorates across health areas within the Mozambique Ministry of Health.

Dr. Ndombour Gning Cisse is a biologist and scientist with 16 years of experience in public health and environmental health management, particularly in malaria vector control in Africa. She has experience in all aspects of insecticide spraying operations, including planning, training, supervision, human resources talent management, leadership development, strategic planning, project implementation, and capacity development assignments in four countries.

Diu Nguyen joined Abt Global in 2015 and has significantly contributed to the oversight and implementation of three successive health financing projects in Vietnam. She has over 18 years’ experience delivering technical assistance in public health and development in Vietnam in the following areas: health systems strengthening and health financing, social health insurance (SHI), HIV/AIDS, and drug dependency treatment and harm reduction. Nguyen is an energetic and proactive leader who has collaborated with and strengthened the capacity of stakeholders across the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Vietnam Social Security (VSS).

Adele Robinson brings to Abt more than 30 years of experience in policy development and advocating for children and education, with a focus on early childhood and the early elementary years. From Capitol Hill, national education associations, and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to state and local agencies, she has supported the implementation of equitable and effective education as a means of providing success for all of our nation’s families. As a principal associate at Abt, she’ll continue to pursue these goals with our federal clients, as well as at the state and local level, using her expertise in complex policy analysis and strategic technical assistance.

Brooke Abrams is a trained political scientist and researcher. With over 11 years of experience, she specializes in applied housing and health, bringing expertise in managing and contributing to place-based, mixed-method, and community-centered solutions. Her work spans research, evaluation, and technical assistance (TA) projects across diverse policy domains, delivering innovative and tailored strategies to drive impactful change.As a Client Solutions Architect at Abt, Abrams plays a pivotal role in designing client-focused frameworks and solutions that emphasize rigorous, data-informed, multi-disciplinary, and population-tailored design. She specializes in community-specific, monitoring, evaluation, and technical assistance approaches to engage and work alongside persons with lived expertise.

Ernest Fletcher is an international development professional with 15 years’ experience in the planning, implementation, and management of education and public health programs. He has a special interest in program design, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation and capacity building. He has worked in Ghana and Mozambique and provided remote vector control program implementation support to countries including Senegal, Madagascar, Burkina Faso, and Sierra Leone. He has worked closely with Ministry of Education (Ghana) and Ministry of Health staff in several countries.

Dr. Rebecca Devitt is an international specialist in gender equality, disability, and social inclusion (GEDSI). Dr. Devitt brings 15-plus years of experience in policy development, corporate strategy, and program design and implementation of large-scale, technically complex development programs across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. She has achieved development outcomes by engaging with governments, civil society, research, multilateral, and donor partners. Her expertise extends to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander equality, inclusive governance, and civil society-led reform.

Susan Longley has 20 years of experience leading large-scale policy implementation and change management efforts for numerous federal clients such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Named a top healthcare exec to watch in 2023, she has collaborated with key stakeholders to maintain mission-critical initiatives in areas such as health care quality, public reporting, performance measurement, and domestic preparedness. She has implemented growth and diversification strategies across multiple sectors, including health and homeland security.

Laurent Nkera Iyikirenga is a biologist, medical entomologist, teacher, and public health professional with 24 years of experience working in vector control. He has contributed to large-scale projects that include increasing national capacities to collect, analyze, and use entomological data to inform malaria prevention and control programs. He has worked with malaria-control authorities in Rwanda, Burundi, Benin, and Sierra Leone.
